CES 2018 coverage, final day
January 12, 2018
It felt like the Turner team had been in Las Vegas for one day – not four. Attendees buzzed from all they had seen. The company’s last day at CES 2018 proved as energetic as the first, with informative panels, compelling content and a live broadcast of “Inside the NBA” that underscored Turner’s ability to blend art + science to create lasting connections with fans.
The Turner Sports' CES Sports Zone area was the epicenter of events for Turner’s final day at CES. Brilliant lightening coupled with stadium-sized screens made attendees feel close to the action happening on stage.
Sports Business Innovation Panels Presented by Turner Sports
Connecting fans and athletes, the content ecosystem and the next generation of content delivery were the topics of discussion during Thursday’s round of Sports Business Innovation Panels. Lenny Daniels, president – Turner Sports, gave the opening remarks.
David Levy, president – Turner, was a guest on the “Evolving the Content Ecosystem” panel, where he discussed the challenges and opportunities across new forms of media, rights buyers and player-generated content.

“Inside the NBA” on TNT
The “Inside the NBA” crew was as informative and funny as ever when they broadcasted the show in front of a live audience at CES. Shaq, Ernie, Kenny and Charles tried the latest contraptions, freestyled a rap cypher – and even talked basketball.
Winner of #DonutChuckContest
The winner of the #DonutChuckContest, James LeQuang, met Charles Barkley and the “Inside the NBA” on TNT team. James received the honor after posting a selfie with an image of Charles eating a donut, created by the ArtBots featured in the Turner MARKERS mural.
Turner Employees at CES
