VOLUNTEERISM

Volunteerism is a big deal here.

Our employees care a great deal about their communities and Turner offers a variety of programs and services to support them in their individual passions and causes, alongside the company-focused areas of interest: high school youth and the arts.

• Throughout the year, the company organizes countless opportunities for employees to give back, with on-site volunteer activities, employee-driven, company-sponsored walks and runs, and weekend outings to non-profits.
• Each fall, we come together for Turner Volunteer Day, our signature day of service, to complete numerous projects for nonprofits local to our offices in every major city where our employees live and work. The work we do each year in one day positively impacts tens of thousands of lives.  
• Everyone has a voice at Turner. Every year, employees have the opportunity to apply to the Corporate Responsibility Advisory Board to participate in the creation and maintenance of the company's philanthropic policies and programs. 
• Turner also allows employees up to 40 hours of paid volunteer release time per year, so that they can volunteer for any non-profit with a 501(c)3 accredidation. This opens the doors to everything from tutoring at local schools to international volunteer "vacations."  
• Additionally, through our volunteer grant program, Turner gives monetary donations to any nonprofit or school with which an employee regularly volunteers.
