Deborah Rayner is responsible for the editorial strategy and growth of CNNI’s EMEA operation, overseeing London programming output and newsgathering across the region. An award-winning news producer and documentary maker, she joined CNNI in 2008 from Channel 4 News, where she was senior foreign editor.
