Scott Menville Scott Menville (Ma-Ti)

Menville got his start as a voice-over actor as 'Spanky' in the animated version of The Little Rascals. Since then, he has lent his voice to several animated shows including The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, and The New Kids on the Block.
