David Warner (Zarm - 3rd season)

British actor Warner has made a successful career of portraying villains, most notably as Jack the Ripper in Time After Time, the evil genius in Terry Gilliam's Time Bandits, and the sinister doctor in Mr. North. Other credits include: Tron, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, The Secret Life of Ian Fleming, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.
