Angel Zambrano

Angel Zambrano is senior vice president of content acquisition and syndication for Turner Latin America. He is responsible for the acquisition of content for Turner Latin America’s vast portfolio of networks as well as the syndication of content produced by the division. His team is also actively involved in pursuing opportunities in the area of original production.

Before joining Turner Latin America in 2008, Zambrano served as vice president of content acquisition for Cisneros Television Group, the company which became Claxson.

Prior to entering the business world, Zambrano practiced medicine in Venezuela. He holds an MD from Universidad Central de Venezuela, and an MBA from University of Miami.
