The Powerpuff Girls soar over Dubai to celebrate on-air return

Exchanging Townsville for the pristine sands of Dubai, The Powerpuff Girls were spotted soaring across the Dubai skyline yesterday as they celebrated their on-air return to Cartoon Network after more than a decade. The three much-loved, super-powered little girls Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup descended upon the city, sailing through the air against the backdrop of the Burj Al Arab, the twinkling Persian Gulf and finally the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

This award was in recognition of the commendable work done on Mansour (Season 2), an exciting cartoon, created by Rashed Al Harmoodi, about a young Emirati boy with big dreams.
