A unique multi-platform collaboration between CNN & TIME magazine
CNN International today announced Prudential has renewed its sponsorship of ‘Above & Beyond’, a special multi-media series of stories which profiles ordinary people who do extraordinary things in Asia.
Now in its second year, the campaign profiles 10 outstanding people on CNN International in daily 60-second editorial highlights, complemented with special ‘Above & Beyond’ content on www.CNN.com and on mobile. In addition, a group of unsung heroes will also be featured in TIME Asia magazine.
Some of the people to be featured on CNN International include:
- Tim Desmond who helped a local community recover in the wake of devastating Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines
- Dr.Cynthia Maung who has treated over 150,000 migrant workers, refugees and orphans on the Thai-Burmese border
- Mohammadi Rahman, a refugee who has devoted his life to helping other refugees in Hong Kong fight for their rights
