CNN AND VIUTV ANNOUNCE NEWS CONTENT DEAL IN HONG KONG

CNN International Commercial today announced a news content deal between Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific, Inc., the distributor of CNN International in the Asia Pacific region, and HK Television Entertainment Company Limited (ViuTV).

 

As part of the multi-year agreement, ViuTV’s newly launched English channel ViuTVsix broadcasts up to two blocks of CNN news programming per day, totalling 60 minutes. Content is taken from CNN International flagship programs including CNN Newsroom, CNN Today and News Stream.
