Division Leading Houston Astros & Los Angeles Dodgers Featured During Sunday MLB on TBS Showcase Aug. 23 at 2 p.m. ET

This weekend, Sunday MLB on TBS will feature the American League West-leading Houston Astros, three-time All-Star second baseman Jose Altuve and dynamic rookie shortstop Carlos Correa hosting the National League West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers, outfielder Yasiel Puig and Cy Young candidate and probable starting pitcher Zack Greinke on August 23 at 2 p.m. ET. This Sunday’s telecast will mark the first appearance by the Astros in the eight-year history of Sunday MLB on TBS, with the game being available in the Houston market. Ernie Johnson (play-by-play) and Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr. (analyst) will handle the call.
Coverage will continue Sunday, Aug. 30, at 1 p.m. when Yoenis Cespedes and the first place New York Mets host David Ortiz and the Boston Red Sox. Brian Anderson will provide play-by-play, joined by veteran MLB on TBS analyst Ron Darling in the broadcast booth.
