Jaime Ondarza is senior vice president for Turner Southern Europe & Africa and chief executive officer of Boing SpA. He has held this role since 2014 and is responsible for all editorial and commercial operations for Turner across Italy, France, Iberia and Africa, reporting to Giorgio Stock, president of Turner EMEA.
Ondarza joined Turner Italia in September 2000 as marketing and new media development manager, before becoming director and general manager of TBS Italia in 2003 and later taking on responsibilities for France and the French-speaking territories (2010), followed by the UK in 2012.
He holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Rome, and a master’s degree in marketing communication.
Turner, a Time Warner company, creates and programs branded news; entertainment; kids and young adult; and sports media environments on television and other platforms for consumers around the world.
