Pola Changnon Promoted To SVP of Marketing, Creative & Brand At
Turner Classic Movies (TCM)
E.B. O’Neill Named Sr. Director of Subscription Acquisition & Management For FilmStruck
Turner Classic Movies (TCM) has promoted Pola Changnon to senior vice president of marketing, creative and brand and hired E.B. O’Neill as senior director of subscription acquisition for Turner’s first subscription-on-demand service FilmStruck. Both executives are based in Atlanta and will report to Jennifer Dorian, General Manager of TCM and FilmStruck.
In her newly created role, Changnon is charged with the development of strategic, integrated marketing and social media plans and leading the creation of all image and design of experiential elements, products, premiums and marketing campaigns for TCM’s brand extensions as well as overseeing brand management, creative vision and design for TCM and FilmStruck. Changnon previously served a 10-year tenure as vice president and brand creative director for TCM.
“Pola has been vital to the growth of TCM; her creative vision, strong leadership and expansive knowledge and love for film make her one of the best in the business,” said Jennifer Dorian. “I’m thrilled to have her lead this cohesive team as we look towards the next chapter of expansion and growth for TCM.”
O’Neill joins Turner to lead the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of FilmStruck, including overseeing consumer outreach, acquisition, subscriber communication, customer service, forecasting and subscriber analytics. E.B. joins the company from edX and Fandor, bringing with her extensive experience in the OTT and SVOD vital to the success of Turner’s new subscription business.

Developed and managed by Turner Classic Movies (TCM) in collaboration with the Criterion Collection, FilmStruck will be the new exclusive streaming home for the critically acclaimed and award-winning Criterion Collection, including the Criterion Channel, a new premium service programmed and curated by the Criterion team. FilmStruck is Turner’s first domestic direct-to-consumer offering and will launch in the fall of 2016.
