The TBS and TNT marketing team is shifting to a new content model consisting of a constant flow of creative across all platforms with a focus on maintaining relationships between consumers and the brands, as well as with advertising partners. This change will also add new competencies in targeting consumer engagement and social relevance, on top of traditional marketing functions. As part of this evolution, Jeff Gregor is being elevated to chief catalyst officer for TBS & TNT, while Michael Engleman is set to join the company in early 2016 to serve in the new position of executive vice president of entertainment marketing and brand innovation for the networks.

Marie Moore joins TBS & TNT as VP Communications

Marie Moore has joined Turner as vice president of communications for TBS and TNT. In this his new role, Moore will work with Sal Petruzzi, domestic communications officer for Turner Broadcasting, to position TBS and TNT as powerful multiplatform brands at the forefront of the video content universe, leading the communications strategy for the networks' expanding slates of original programming and new ventures in digital content, as well as TBS's upcoming brand overhaul.

Justin Williams named SVP Digital Ventures

Justin Williams has been promoted to senior vice president of digital ventures for TNT and TBS, a newly created role in which he will be responsible for carving out strategic opportunities for new ventures, investments and partnerships in the digital realm. He will continue to work closely with TBS and TNT President Kevin Reilly and the networks' executive team developing digital strategy for digital and mobile platforms. In addition, Williams will collaborate with leaders across Turner on developing strategy for emerging platforms, empowering the businesses to harness opportunities around new ventures, digital innovations and monetization concepts.
