Turner Employees Making a Difference
December 1, 2016
In 1998, Turner launched its first Turner Volunteer Day, a commitment to give employees globally an opportunity to give back and lend a helping hand to their local communities. Since then, service has been an integral part of Turner culture. This year, TVD demonstrated just how dedicated our global workforce: More than 2,500 employees volunteered in 19 countries and 29 cities worldwide. View the slideshow above to see some of the “TVD 2016” highlights from around the world.
No matter where in the world you work for Turner, there are meaningful ways for you to give back on Turner Volunteer Day, whether it’s bringing a park back to life, packing food, helping animals in need or knitting blankets for the homeless.
Our Chairman & CEO John Martin participated at Turner Volunteer Day in Atlanta, remarking “I saw nothing but great attitudes, great determination, great commitment and people having fun.”
