E.B. O'Neill

E.B. O’Neill is the senior director of subscription acquisition and management for FilmStruck.  In this role, she will be responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations for growth and retention of FilmStruck subscribers including overseeing consumer outreach, acquisition, subscriber communication, customer service, forecasting and subscriber analytics.  O’Neill is based in Atlanta and reports to Jennifer Dorian, general manager for FilmStruck and Turner Classic Movies.

Prior to her current role, O’Neill served as director customer acquisition at edX, an interactive educational company offering college-level online learning, where she developed strategies and led global acquisition and retention programs.

Prior to edX, she served as director of consumer marketing at Fandor, where she developed and implemented customer acquisition strategies to drive new subscribers to Fandor’s subscription video-on-demand service. E.B. holds a bachelor of arts in international relations from Bucknell University.

FilmStruck is a new subscription on-demand service that offers film aficionados a comprehensive library of films including an eclectic mix of contemporary and classic art house, indie, foreign and cult films. Developed and managed by Turner Classic Movies (TCM) in collaboration with the Criterion Collection, FilmStruck will be the new exclusive streaming home for the critically acclaimed and award-winning Criterion Collection, including the Criterion Channel, a new premium service programmed and curated by the Criterion team.  FilmStruck is Turner’s first domestic direct-to-consumer offering and will launch in the fall of 2016.
