NBA TVs NBA Inside Stuff Celebrates Mothers Day with New Episode Featuring Stephen Curry, Paul George, Andrew Wiggins, Damian Lillard & Their Mothers on Saturday, May 9, at Noon ET

NBA TV’s NBA Inside Stuff presented by Samsung Galaxy will air an all-new Mother’s Day episode Saturday, May 9, at noon ET. Hosted by Grant Hill and Kristen Ledlow, the episode will feature Sonya Curry, mother of Golden State Warriors point guard and this year’s Kia NBA MVP Stephen Curry, sitting down with her son minutes after his acceptance of the coveted award.

Additionally, this week’s telecast will go behind the scenes with Indiana Pacers forward Paul George and his mother, Paulette, as they raise awareness for the American Stroke Association through the taping of a PSA. The two also sit down to reflect on Paulette surviving a stroke when George was just six years old, and the impact it had on their relationship. 

The episode will also follow Minnesota Timberwolves Kia Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins as he accepts his award with his family by his side, and will highlight Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard as he keeps a promise to his mother by earning his college degree from Weber State University. Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard will round out this week’s episode, with cameras tracking him as he visits the Houston Zoo.

NBA Inside Stuff presented by Samsung Galaxy is televised Saturdays at noon throughout the NBA regular season and playoffs. The show includes brand extensions across the entire NBA Digital portfolio and social media integration across all platforms.

2015 NBA TV Draft Combine Special

NBA TV will present live coverage of the 2015 NBA Draft Combine media availability held Tuesday, May 12, from 1-3 p.m. ET. The 2015 NBA TV Draft Combine Special will feature live interviews with this year’s prospects along with player and team analysis. The special will also feature a look back at the 2014 NBA Draft with draft memories from last year’s top two picks – Wiggins and Milwaukee Bucks forward Jabari Parker.   

Vince Cellini will host the two-hour special from the NBA TV studio in Atlanta with analyst Clark Kellogg, a 1982 first round pick who also provides studio analysis for Turner Sports and CBS Sports’ coverage of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship.  NBA TV analyst Stu Jackson, former NBA head coach and executive vice president of basketball operations for the league, and CBS Sports college basketball reporter Seth Davis will provide live coverage from the player availability in Chicago.

2014-15 Kia NBA Performance Awards Show

NBA TV will take a look back at 2014-15 Kia NBA Performance Award winners Curry, Kawhi Leonard, Jimmy Butler and others in a 30-minute special airing Saturday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m. Hosted by Matt Winer and Kristen Ledlow, the show will profile each award winner through vignettes, sound from past and present award winners, and the respective speeches from this year’s winners.
