Ricky Ow is president of Turner Asia Pacific. He has executive oversight for all entertainment and kids’ networks, digital and media services, the distribution of CNN’s services, and all licensing and merchandising activity in Asia Pacific. Kids and entertainment brands in the region include Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Toonami, POGO, Warner TV, Oh!K, truTV, TCM, Mondo TV, TABI Channel and World Heritage Channel.
Ow has vast management experience in the region, including successes in launching and establishing channel brands both locally and regionally, local content production, as well as a deep understanding of sales and marketing. He joined Turner in January 2014 after a 14-year career at Sony Pictures, where he was executive vice president and general manager for Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks Asia.
