Sunday MLB on TBS to Showcase First Place Battle Between the San Francisco Giants and Washington Nationals, August 7, at 1:30 p.m.

Schedule Continues with Full National Telecast Featuring Angels vs. Indians, August 14, at 1 p.m.,
Followed By Red Sox vs. Tigers, August 21, at 1 p.m.

Sunday MLB on TBS continues this weekend with an expected All-Star pitching matchup between the NL West-leading San Francisco Giants and Madison Bumgarner and the NL East-leading Washington Nationals and Stephen Strasburg at 1:30 p.m. ET on TBSErnie Johnson (play-by-play) and Ron Darling (analyst) will be on the call, with the game available locally in Washington, DC.

The American League Central-leading Cleveland Indians, with electric All-Star shortstop Francisco Lindor and newly acquired late inning reliever Andrew Miller, will host the Los Angeles Angels and superstar Mike Trout, Sunday, August 14, at 1 p.m.  The full national telecast will be called by Brian Anderson and Darling.

The following Sunday will see American League postseason contenders square off, when the Boston Red Sox and All-Star David Ortiz visit the Detroit Tigers and All-Star Miguel Cabrera, on August 21, at 1 p.m.  Anderson and Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr. will be on the call, with the telecast available in Detroit.

TBS is in its 9th consecutive year of live MLB regular season game coverage, with a lineup featuring 13 regular season Sunday afternoon telecasts and an extensive MLB Postseason schedule including the exclusive presentation of the American League Wild Card Game, both American League Division Series and the American League Championship Series in 2016.
